Dick Mandell is originally from New York and was educated on the East Coast receiving his undergraduate degree from Princeton and his law degree from U of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Mandell came to California in the early 1970's to work for an ocean shipping company and eventually made his way to Palm Springs, purchasing his current home in the Movie Colony area in 1985. Mandell is a member of the Palm Springs Citizens on Patrol, president of his La Jolla condo association, treasurer for the Movie Colony and Princeton's Alumni School representative for the Coachella Valley.
