Rick Hutcheson resides in Palm Springs where he serves on the Planning Commission and Police Advisory Board in addition to co-owning several real estate related businesses. Hutcheson has also served on the Citizens Advisory Committee for Community Development Block Grants and on the Board of the Desert Business Association in Palm Springs. He was Vice President for Business Development at Time Warner Enterprises, and served in similar capacities for J.D. Power Clubs and Internet Finance Corporation. He served in the West Wing of the White House as Staff Secretary to President Jimmy Carter Hutcheson graduated from Swarthmore College at the top of his class in 1973, and pursued studies in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, prior to becoming involved in presidential politics.
