Norm Brown has lived in Palm Springs since 1977. He was a Construction Manager for the Courtyard and performed considerable work in the Desert Fashion Plaza. He is currently a member of the Police Advisory Board, P.S. Board of Appeals, Rotary International since 1980, American Red Mogen David (Star of David) for Israel, Temple Isaiah and Century Club Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Springs. Norm Brown currently volunteers at the Jewish War Veterans and the Palm Springs Police Department Records Bureau.
